Like a night-time fairytale, hallucinated verses accompanied by a digital orchestra painting a lucid dream. Okulstacio inaugurates Riforma’s new series ‘Liminal Fields’, out of time slanted music.

Released on cassette followed by a pamphlet with photos, lyrics and scores of side A + A4 poster showing the spectrogram of B Side piano solo.

The words of Albanian poet Jonida Prifti, taken from the participatory book ‘Stazione degli occhi’ (Camminamenti 2021), float through the twenty minutes of side A. Sometimes becoming just oracular sound or turning in a mumble song or, suddendly, arising as a rant.
Forcing the sshhh and the pssss of the voice in the mic Jonida hissing and whispering a blurred but microdetailed landscape.
